Chocolate Almond Cake
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
- Grease and flour a 9" cake pan and preheat he oven to 350.
- Combine the dry ingredients together.
- Warm the honey with the oil so they combine together and then mix in the vanilla and eggs.
- Combine the wet with the dry and stir until everything is moist.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minute or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool before you try to take it out of the pan.
