By looking at the recipe you can tell how simple it is to prepare.  Make sure you give yourself enough time to trim and half all the brussels sprouts.  
3 lbs brussels sprouts
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup dried cranberries
- Preheat the oven to 375.
 - Wash, trim and half the brussels sprouts.
 - Toss the sprouts with some olive oil and then spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
 - Roast the sprouts until the are brown (about 25-30 minutes).
 - Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan bring the balsamic vinegar and the sugar to a boil then lower the heat to a medium-low. Allow the reduction to thicken into a glaze.
 - Drizzle the balsamic glaze onto the sprouts and then sprinkle the cranberries on top.
